Help!

It's  hard to believe, but there are still folks buying real estate in Summit County with out an exclusive buyer's agent working on their behalf, protecting their interest, trouble shooting the obstacles, negotiating the lowest price and advocating for them.

When we started Buyer's Resource back in 1987 we were convinced we would represent all the folks buying real estate in Summit County allowing the other +/- 500 brokers to focus on listing properties and working for sellers.  But somehow way too many buyers are missing out on the unique services we provide and commitment we make to our buyer clients

Why?

That's easy. Most buyers simply don't know we are here. We don't have the budget that the big traditional brokerages have, and since we don't list properties, we can't fill our ads and web page with endless pictures of pretty homes, which is what most buyers are looking for!

So, that's where we need your help!  Our success is driven by referrals from our network of clients and friends who appreciate what we do. So please help spread the word. Everyone benefits.

Good Reading...

There are 2 good real estate related articles in the 'quick links' (above).

The first article, "Rental prices spike in Summit County", from the Summit Daily, addresses the tight rental market, an issue we deal with often as our property management division manages many long term (year or seasonal leases) properties for clients as well as our own inventory.

The second article, "Inventory and prices rise in Denver market", from the "Denver Post", talks about a very energetic front range market. We have noted, more than once in past newsletters,   the relationship between the greater Denver and Summit County real estate markets. In a nut shell, the mountain markets echo what happens in the front range by 6-12 months.
Another sign that we should expect continued appreciation for the foreseeable future.

About Buyer's Resource / Eby Real Estate

   Honest        Knowledgeable       Patient

Back in 1987 Buyer's Resource Founder Chris Eby recognized the inherent conflict of interest in the traditional real estate model that promotes brokerages doing both sides of real estate transactions. Then, as now, the only solution to eliminating the deceptive, conflicted nature of the traditional real estate model is to pick one side of the transaction, and specialize on that. We've been working for Buyers, and only Buyers, ever since.

Colorado native Todd Sandoval joined the team in 1996. We are proud to say that we are beginning our 27th year of representing buyers--- exclusively.

Buyer's Resource is an Exclusive Buyer Agency. We never list properties and are committed to advocating for and protecting the interests of real estate buyer at all times.
